All parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for -1-3 working days delivery.

*MADE TO ORDER* We do have quite a few brands (listed below), that sell 'made to order' products. We are huge advocates of this, as it helps to reduce waste and is a more sustainable way to shop. Please make sure you have checked how long make and up and delivery takes for you item, as these vary, dependent on brand. 

*B Happy Studio - please allow 2 weeks for production & delivery.

*Franks London - please allow 2 weeks for production & delivery.

*Imara Earth - please allow 2-3 weeks for production & delivery from Ireland.

*Molby the Label - please allow up to 3 weeks for production & delivery.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you would like to make a return, please make sure you contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

You have 14 days from receiving your item to return it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item sent to:

Please state your order number, the item(s) wishing to return and your reason for returning. Upon contacting us to process your return we will double confirm the correct returns address. Returns costs and arrival are at your full responsibility. 

We cannot be held responsible for any goods which go missing on return, subsequently you are strongly recommended to insure the goods adequately and use a tracked, signed for and insured postage service.

 

Maggie's Room reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

Lost Returns
Should the Customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly. Maggie's Room is not liable for any lost returns. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If applicable, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within amount of days.

 

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will try our upmost to accommodate your needs but please be reminded we only hold a small amount of stock of certain brands.

Returns costs and arrival are at your full responsibility. For exchanges we will remove the postage fee from your new order to cover the cost of you sending back to exchange.
